APPLICABILITY OF THIS ADDENDUM
1. OVERVIEW
Gulfstream Aerospace Services Corporation, together with its affiliates (“Gulfstream,” “we,” “us,” “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data we hold about you. Gulfstream is the data controller of the personal data collected, and is responsible for the processing of your personal data. This Privacy Notice Addendum (the “Addendum”), in combination with the Privacy Notice, explains our practices with respect to personal data we collect and process in connection with the Gulfstream Store (the “Store”), and in the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the Privacy Notice with respect to the Store, this Addendum shall control.
If you are providing information through the Store on behalf of someone else (e.g., your client, employee, or co-worker) you hereby represent that you have the right to do so and that you have provided such party with a copy of the Privacy Notice and this Addendum, and all references to “you” or “your” data or personal data herein refers to the data or information of both you and such individual, as applicable.
This Addendum is subject to any agreements that govern your use of the Store.

2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect a variety of personal data from and about you through the Store, in addition to the data provided for in the Privacy Notice including:
Information You Share With Us. In particular, with respect to the Store, we collect your Gulfstreamstore.com account information (if applicable), including your first and last name, email address, and password. If you order products from us directly through the Store, you must provide us with information to process that request, including, but not limited to, first and last name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address (if applicable), payment information, and any other information you may optionally provide, such as information included in gift notes or provided for custom or personalized items.
If you contact us with questions, requests, or concerns, we collect personal data sufficient to answer your questions, address your requests, and/or handle your concerns, as applicable. In certain situations, we may also require you to provide personal data to authenticate your identity in order to carry out your requests.
Information Collected Automatically. We, and third-party service providers on our behalf, utilize commonly-used logging tools and functionality to collect information about your device, the network used to access the Store, and information about your use of the Store (such as how you navigate and move around the Store).

- Cookies, Web Tracking, and Advertising. We also use certain technologies on the Store, including cookies and pixel tags, that allow us, our service providers, and other third parties to store information locally on your device, identify your device, and remember choices you have made or information you have provided to personalize and enhance your experience in regard to the Store.
In addition to the data provided for in the Cookie Notice, we also use the following necessary cookies on the Store:
- User-input cookies: These cookies are used for the duration of a session to keep track of a user’s input when filling in forms that span several pages.
We also use the following functional cookies on the Store:
- User-centric cookies: These cookies are used to detect authentication abuses for a limited persistent duration, such as repeated failed login attempts, and to increase the security of the Store.
- Multimedia content plater session cookies (flash cookies): These cookies are used for the duration of a session to store technical data needed to play back video or audio content.
- Cookie Notice. Please see our Cookie Notice and the “YOUR CHOICES” section of this Addendum for more information about cookies and other web tracking technologies on the Services; information about how you can reject, delete, or prevent cookies from being placed on your system; and how you can opt out of, limit, or prevent certain web tracking technologies and/or advertising providers from collecting information about you.
Information Obtained from Third Parties. We have partnered with a third-party service provider that hosts, maintains, and updates the Store on our behalf and, among other functions, operates the Store’s customer service and customer support. As a result, information you cause to be processed through the Store is processed by that service provider on our behalf and made available to us.
We also receive personal data from third parties that provide web analytics and usage information to us, which track how users access and use the Store over time, and provide data about how our users access, use, and navigate the Store.
3. HOW DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?
We process the personal data you provide through the Store to authenticate you, to make the Store and our products available to you, to improve the Store and our services, and for security, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention purposes.
Legal Bases for Processing. We process personal data for, or based on, one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a Contract. We may use personal data to enter into, or perform under, the agreement between us, including processing transactions, providing the services, customer service and customer support, and responding to inquiries.
- Legitimate Interests. We process personal data for our legitimate interests, including authenticating your use of the Store; improving service; providing information about our products; to the extent necessary and proportionate for the purposes of ensuring the security of our network and information; and for administrative, fraud detection, and legal compliance purposes.
- Compliance with Legal Obligations and Protection of Individuals. We may use personal data to comply with the law and our legal obligations, as well as to protect you and other individuals from certain harms.
Sharing of Personal Data. Some of the above processing involves sharing collected personal data with third parties, including service providers, affiliates, and other partners. The data collected through the Store is shared with our service providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and software and Web developers.

5. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES TO THIS ADDENDUM
This Addendum replaces all previous Addenda we may have provided to you about our information practices with respect to the Store. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, and/or update this Addendum, and any such modifications, alterations, or updates will be effective upon our posting of the revised Addendum. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you in the event material changes are made to our processing activities and/or this Addendum, such as by posting a notice on the Store for a period of time, or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Store following our posting of any revised Addendum will constitute your acknowledgement of the amended Addendum.
6. APPLICABILITY OF THIS ADDENDUM
This Addendum applies regardless of the means used to access or provide information through the Store.
